What you can showcase

Bring an experience visitors can try, with a clear real-world application.

  • Testable experiences from any industry sector. Video-only submissions are not accepted.
  • Experiences that combine physical and virtual elements, including augmented objects, are welcome.
  • Provide the materials our team needs to set up your experience, plus communication assets for the space's marketing.

How to take part

Register your interest using the showcase form. A second form to submit your experience details will follow shortly afterwards.

Tell us if you'd like to host a talk, panel or workshop. A workshops and happenings area with a screen may be available, depending on the requests we receive.

How the space works

Content comes first: experiential zones make Virtual Worlds engaging and understandable, from mobile AR and active VR to free-hand AR on interactive screens, passive VR experiences and digital twins. Content is tagged by sector so visitors can explore application domains and draw connections.

Visibility for your work

An on-site photographer and social media manager will interview visitors and demonstrators, share content every day, and work with the Forum's communication team and media partners.
