From idea to Working Group

Build initial interest

A proposal should ideally have the support of 3–5 initial VWA members. Involve different sectors where relevant; a specialised group is also possible when the topic justifies it.

Prepare your proposal

Set out your topic and scope, strategic alignment, 3–5 concrete objectives, expected outputs, indicative roadmap, duration, operational model, leadership and initial membership.

Board review

The Board of Directors assesses strategic relevance, ecosystem and industry interest, expected impact, operational feasibility, complementarity with existing activities, and community value.
